In dem internationalen Kooperationsprgramm engagieren sich die Unternehmen AGCO, Bayer CropScience, Beinlich, Europlant, Grimme, Lemken und Rauch. Die Unternehmen stellen Saatgut, Technik und Ausbilder zur Verfügung.

Zürcher Kantonsregierung will sich der Gentechnik nicht verschließen, aber die traditionelle und biologische Landwirtschaft weiterhin schützen. Man begrüßt den Vorschlag des Bundes für eine Einteilung der Kantone in unterschiedliche Zonen.
